Meet Alex (Armaan), the heart & soul of our E-commerce operations and customer support. As an E-Comm Administrator and Customer Support Specialist, Alex is known for a proven track record of adaptability and a steadfast commitment to ensuring seamless experiences for both the team and our valued customers.
Alex's perspective on refurbished technology was built from the ground up. He joined CNB Computers, which does business as System Liquidation, in 2020 as a Computer Technician, working directly with the hardware: testing, diagnosing, and restoring systems before they reached a customer. He moved into logistics the following year, spending two years managing how inventory moved through the warehouse, and stepped into his current role across e-commerce and customer support in 2023. That progression is why the Knowledge Center reads the way it does. Alex has seen a refurbished computer at every stage of its life, from the bench, to the shipping label, to the question a buyer asks six months later.
From managing day-to-day e-commerce tasks to delivering outstanding customer support, Alex handles a diverse range of responsibilities with professionalism and humility. Whether it's refining the online storefront to enhance user experience, addressing customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, or providing critical insights through detailed reporting, Alex approaches each task with precision and dedication.

"My first purchase of a refurbished all-in-one computer from System Liquidators worked for about 30 days and then, after the Microsoft August 12, 2025, Windows update, Windows would not boot or repair itself. After speaking with Alex, we agreed I would purchase another computer and use those packing materials to return the first computer. Unfortunately, the second computer had a video screen hardware problem, so I had two inoperative machines on my hands. I made a decision to have a professional IT person successfully reinstall Windows 11 on the first machine, without the update, and it has been working well ever since. I returned the second machine. "After significant research, I ordered two Lenovo T480 laptops from System Liquidation, Inc. I had very specific configuration requirements that included specific base hardware specifications as well as system upgrades to RAM and aftermarket SSDs. Alex, the customer support rep, was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The two units arrived configured exactly as ordered. The two systems are completely functional and visually indistinguishable from new units, which is impressive given the vintage of this particular model.
